Use a Planned Agenda meeting for meetings that take up large amounts of time. It is really helpful to provide attendees with an advance schedule so they know what to expect and can make appropriate plans. Add to your agenda:

  • "Fake" topics to break up the agenda. Some examples, Day 1, Day 2 and Morning Session, 
  • Planned start and stop times for each topic.  Use the topic details to add times
  • Topics for scheduled breaks.
