Moderators can designate a meeting attendee as their assistant. A meeting assistant can really help you focus on facilitating the meeting, rather than trying to juggle both facilitation and note taking tasks. A meeting assistant can:
- Take notes for the topic in progress.
- Edit any existing notes on topics that have already been discussed.
- Add, edit, and, delete action items and decisions for any topic in the meeting.
Click View Attendees to open the attendee panel.
Hover your mouse over the appropriate attendee to view the attendee Dot menu.
Select the Make Assistant menu option. You can remove an assistant the same way you added them, through the attendee Dot menu in the Attendees panel.
