One of the many advantages to using Instant Agenda is that it allows you to store topics, notes, action items, and decisions from past meeting sessions in your meeting history for future reference. You can view your meeting history, action items, and decisions at any time, even during a running meeting.

Go to a meeting and click History. If the meeting is running and you are the meeting moderator, you can choose to either end your meeting or leave it running.

Click a meeting in the History list to access the meeting summary. When you are done, close the summary to return to your meeting.

Next to history you can also view action items and decisions. Click Action Items to see the open action items for the meeting, or click Decisions to see decisions from previous meetings while a meeting is running.
