Have you ever tried to solicit feedback during a meeting, and then watched your meeting get bogged down by side discussions? Moderators can use votes in Instant Agenda is a way to solicit feedback from individual attendees while maintaining focus on the meeting topic.

Click Call Vote while your meeting is in progress.

Enter a question with a yes or no answer. This makes it easy for people to understand what they are voting on.

Start the vote, all attendees receive a prompt for their answer.

Everyone can see the results of the vote after everyone submits a response.

The meeting moderator can check Record the vote as a decision to add the results to the topic. The moderator can add notes to the decision itself to record a rationale or any comments that the group made. The vote results are recorded along with the decision, but how individuals voted is not.
